We covers all emergency medical conditions and basic illnesses except the exclusions listed below.

Exclusions (not included coverage).

  1. Pregnancy including birth, surgery, miscarriage abortion, and related complications.
  2. Cancer treatment such as chemotherapy and radiotherapy.
  3. Suicide or murder attempt.
  4. Any act of war or terrorism.
  5. PCR test or any firm of RTK test including on the instructions of the hospital or clinic.
  6. Dental treatment except for toothache.
  7. Suffering from HIV disease or illness related to HIV or Aids.
  8. Dialysis treatment.
  9. Major surgeries such as organ replacement, joint replacement, heart surgery, gastric bypass etc.
  10. Hotel quarantine and self-quarantine due to COVID-19 or any related disorder.
  11. Mental disorder and any related disorder.

Terms and Conditions.

  1. This plan must be taken at least two weeks before travel to Saudi Arabia.
  2. This plan can only be used at our hospitals in Saudi Arabia (Makkah, Madinah, and Jeddah).
  3. The plan covers only the specified date on the insurance card. Check the expiry date of the plan at the back of the card.
  4. Total payment is only for one trip destination.
  5. Any other medical claim other than our plan is not allowed.
  6. The payment is NON-REFUNDABLE!
